Why would the credits that I paid money for expire once I stop the payments. I have purchased many credits over the last handful of months and feel your canceling them is not right.
Hey Chris, thanks for the feedback. We heard this a lot from customers so we actually revised our terms a few months ago to stop credits from expiring! If you cancel your subscription your credits will not expire indefinitely and they will have full access to all features!
